I love coming to this location it’s very convenient the store is always clean and well kept I like the staff members especially the two that works on the weekends the lady Chantanell is very helpful and also the young man as well they get along really great and work very well together this store needs more workers like them they make me wanna come back and ship my package with them all the time I come to the store I’m so glad this store was opened in my area

I just have to say that whoever works here should have the skill of multitasking, preparation, fast organized thinker and just be alert. One of the new ladies make unnecessary comments about what is being returned, another left someone on hold for 20 minutes, and there wasn’t even a line to attend, the material in the kiosk was left over night, packages transit were delayed, under staffed, just not an efficient store to visit. This isn’t one of the best ups store locations. I rather travel to another ups store.

Five stars. I had a genuinely great experience here today. The staff was super friendly and helped me sort out my package way faster than I expected. They didn’t rush me, answered my questions, and actually seemed to care that everything was done right. Really appreciated the service at this location.
