I was visiting the store on 2 occasions and the team is the best they always serve people with a lot of patience and speed, they offer you free parking. Before going I saw the previous reviews and it was not my experience at all on the contrary I saw several customers who delay the process by not being ready with their returns and the guys had a lot of patience. On Saturday there is only one person, Sasha attended me and there was a long line which was attended to with great professionalism and kindness which was very good to see. As the owner of a place I work a lot with customer service and many people must learn to treat the people who are there to serve us.

As a regular customer, I try to give people grace, understanding that everyone has off days. However, over time there has been a consistent pattern of poor customer service by the young ladies there. During interactions, they often avoid eye contact, display a flat affect, give short or curt responses, and appear unengaged. While they do complete their job tasks, the manner of interaction does not encourage me to continue returning. I recommend that management consider additional training in customer interaction or reevaluate hiring practices.

Her customer service was very excellent answer every question went over everything very detailed, making sure that we understood the shipping process and the cost and making sure that our things that were very valuable were insured.

Whoever is the manager of this store needs to train their employees better. I walked into the store 01/21 at 5:45pm and the girl in the picture on the right with the red hair was looking at her phone.. didn’t look at me ONCE and didn’t greet me. Her colleague at another station had to greet me and acknowledge me. She just grabbed my package and didn’t speak the entire time. Snatched the validation ticket from my hand to validate my parking. Extremely rude and unpleasant experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. I really hope there are cameras so the manager can review this situation and see how unprofessional and unkind their front facing employee was to a customer.

Jose gave me such great customer service I had to take a minute and let the world know. He is always very helpful even while he is multitasking. Thank you so much Jose.
