This review has been viewed over 750 times. UPS location at 2520 SW 22nd Street Suite 2 is very reliable, the associates are all really amazing, and management here operates the business very well. It's impressive the amount of packages and customers going in and out of this location at a steady pace. They do it all here, international shipping, notary services, and we really appreciate the fact their management allows last minute customers the opportunity of sending those packages out after closing time; no matter if the line is out the door! These associates never complain about time, they don't argue with customers, and they always take pride in what they do. We've been here several times on different occasion and have seen the outstanding customer service they provide. They weigh your packages, seal them for you, and print any labels if needed. I really like how they decorate the establishment for different seasons, and we're sure more customers appreciate it as well. This UPS location is a very good representation of what corporate standard is. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of our top main focuses because of demographics, Thank you.

Best UPS. I drive past two other UPS from home to specifically come to this one. Everyone who works here is great and makes you want to come back. Be aware there may be a line and a bit of a wait sometimes but that’s like any UPS.

Today I visited the store with several boxes (6). I walked in carrying one, and Enrique kindly came out to help me. He advised me on the most efficient way to make the shipment. Overall, the atmosphere and customer service from the team at this store are very friendly and dynamic.

Every single time I've come to this location the service has been consistently great! Jonathan, Ernesto, Jimmy and all the others are polite, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. The line can be super long and they will not rush you or be rude. It's like walking in to see friends here. I wish all UPS stores were like this!

The Black guy who works at this location I'm not sure if he's the manager, but he acts like he is. He has a super annoying personality. He is the only UPS worker I’ve ever encountered who wouldn’t let me ship a box simply because it was in the manufacturer’s box. This is ridiculous! Other UPS locations allow me to ship in the manufacturer’s box, but he doesn’t. He seems to think he’s the boss. Can someone inform him that people can ship using the manufacturer’s box? Otherwise, I’m going to file a complaint with upper management. This is ridiculous. He is the only person who does this.
