I had an appointment for 1pm for fingerprinting. I still had to stand in the general line. It has been 30 minutes and I still have 8 people ahead of me. The worse customer service experience ever. Why do you accept appointments if you still make people stand in line.

I arrived at the store at 6:55 pm, and it was supposed to close at 7 pm, but surprise! I went for nothing because they were already closed. There were employees inside, and I knocked and knocked on the door, but nothing. I waited until exactly 7 pm, and nobody opened the door. Very disappointed. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

Had to do fingerprints for my mother and I. Giovanna was so sweet, responsible, professional and most of all helpful. Glad I went there.

Very please. Anthony was very efficient knowledgeable pleasant and helpful with this Senior Citizen we need more young people like him.
