I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store in Miami thanks to Gabby and Eric. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Their level of customer service is unmatched—both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was handled quickly and correctly. Gabby was incredibly patient and detail-oriented, taking the time to explain my options and ensure I felt confident about my shipment. Eric was just as impressive—efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across a team that combines professionalism with such a welcoming attitude. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this location, and I’ll definitely be returning because of Gabby and Eric!

This UPS needs better management. How can the line be out the door and there is someone in the back and one person shredding. If this is corporate policy then policy needs to be changed. FEDX better managed. By the way if you are disabled, there are NO CHAIRS. ZIPPO!

I had an apple iPad stolen and the location says it was sent out and the person received a receipt from this location. I followed the tracking on find my find. By this guy I will be calling the police
