I had a great experience with UPS. I needed several items printed and laminated, and they handled everything with so much care and attention to detail. The quality of the prints was excellent, and the lamination came out clean and durable, exactly what I was hoping for. What really stood out was how careful and professional the staff were throughout the process. They made sure everything was aligned perfectly and protected, which gave me a lot of confidence trusting them with my materials. Overall, super reliable service and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future

I had been going to this UPS Store for years, mostly because there weren’t any other locations nearby, despite the consistently poor customer service. Thankfully, two other UPS stores have since opened on Biscayne heading north, and the difference in service is noticeable — they are professional, helpful, and efficient. I recently stopped by this original location because I was close by and just needed to drop off an Amazon return. Although Amazon states you can simply bring in the package for return, they tried to charge me $2 for about six inches of tape. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Save your time and avoid the frustration by going to one of the other nearby stores that actually value their customers.

Monish was great. When I got there there was a long line out the door. He handled everyone so gracefully and was so effective and such a great communicator and multitasker. We were so impressed. He had great manners. And Ray was so effective and helpful in providing support for my scan. I’ll be back. Thank you guys!

Went to the UPS store on Biscayne today to ship my package , and the service was EXCEPTIONAL . Ray and Monish were so nice and they greeted me at the door . It was a In & out process . & any question I had they knew the answers and even offered to further help just in case my package don’t arrive on time. . I’m loving the new environment.
