andres jaramillo suarez a year agoTerrible service. I paid for express shipping (2 days) and sent an item on January 9th weighing 2 lbs and valued at $235, destined for Colombia. How is it possible that the item hasn't been delivered to this day? To make matters worse, I was clear with the delivery address, and in Colombia, they haven't delivered it because they entered the address incorrectly. Now I have to wait and see if they ever deliver it or if it gets lost before I can file a claim. I reiterate, this is a complete uncertainty.
