I stopped by this UPS Store to ship a package and was really impressed by the service. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They double-checked everything, offered helpful suggestions, and took care of my shipment quickly. The store is clean and well run – you can tell they care about doing a great job. Definitely my go-to spot for any future shipping needs!

This is not a UPS Store (that's a branded name). They can't do your Amazon returns.

THIS IS NOT A UPS STORE. Luckily I already had my package boxed so they were able to print a label for me and ship it.

This is not a UPS STORE like the description says, it’s an Access Point! I came all the way here for nothing. If the description had been accurate, I would’ve never come to this insecure area of Miami. I had to park at the mall, which was awful, and when I came out of the store, I saw a car had parked extremely close to me, leaving no space, and it even hit my door, so I had to get in through the passenger side. I understand this isn’t the store’s fault, but don’t waste people’s time with a false description, they don’t offer all the services of a regular UPS Store. I’m only giving 2 stars because the woman in the store was kind.
