Appears to be a brand new store. When I put the address in it took me to Chase Bank but then when I type in UPS store, it was closer to Cava and Rusty taco over by Labelle nail bar and the Publix. Across from Eggs up breakfast spot. Very clean establishment. Easy flow walk up desk. The help you all the way through, which makes you feel comforted that your package will get to his destination. Seem to be fair pricing not much different than USPS. The process seems easier here than the USPS. They also do some printing, which is very handy for this area. Very nice lunch places near and closer to the Chase Bank. Mr. Ben, the owner, also came by to make sure everything was great and insured I had great service. I have zero complaints here and would highly recommend.

I was greeted and assisted immediately upon walking in. The older African American gentleman was extremely pleasant during our interaction. His customer service and demeanor is the main reason I’d continue to come back and recommend this location to others.

Always friendly, always helpful. They just make it easy to ship and return purchases including Amazon. UPS Store has become my first choice when it comes to shipping.

Mr.Ben and the entire crew at this UPS location were amazing. I came to fax almost 200 pages and they were oversized. They helped me get everything together and submitted before 5 pm. I'll be back if I ever need another fax!!

I arrived to the summer Hill location in Atlanta yesterday and I needed assistance with a package. That was very large and heavy. Ben was gracious enough to help me and did not bat an eye I at my request for the help.
