Another package to return (this time, a 30 amp power plug) and it was super easy. I did not have the box to even an envelope for it to go in - no worries. As long as I had the QR code to scan, which I did, and i was on my way. Super quick, super friendly. Super easy.

I've spent over $5k in shipping fees at this location and they still charged me $5 to print a sheet of paper. To the owner, that's effed up and I hope that the internet see this so no one goes to your store. This is freaking ridiculous.

JR was extremely helpful in assisting me with my documentation. I’m not computer savvy and she went beyond what I expected to make sure I had everything correct in the system. She answered all of my questions and took her time explaining & assisting me. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with her being there helping me. Thank you so much JR!

I had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Biviana! When the QR code from the UPS app wouldn’t scan, she was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. She took the time to troubleshoot the issue and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. Excellent customer service, thank you, Biviana!
