Every time I come in here it is the most amazing experience that I have. Dereck and Chris are absolutely phenomenal. They are always ready and willing to help me do whatever it is I need done. UPS could not have more amazing people than Chris and Dereck and I’m thankful that they work at UPS by me

Derek is the man with the plan ! Came in at 5:58 pm closing time ! He not only welcomed me like is was regular business hours he also came to my car and assisted me with my heavy Amazon return , gave me instructions on how to get return label from Amazon made sure I received my return receipt! I also get great assistance for Corey and Chris when I have printing and email needs ! This store is my go to for all of my office clerical and shipping needs ! Switched from fed ex across the street due to a very rude employee! I just wanna let them know I truly appreciate them they have gained a faithful customer !

Charging people $4 to print a single piece of paper with a label on it is absolutely ridiculous and this location should be ashamed. I have never once had to pay $4 for a box that is pre-packed and already taped up at any UPS store or FedEx location. Part of this charge was $3 “per minute” so the employee using a computer could hit “print” from the email I sent. Corporate greed at its finest and will be avoiding this UPS location from here on out.

I am very big on customer service especially since it is largely a part of my daily life. I read a lot of reviews before going places and take into account people are human and have off days. I had to write a review because I have had some great experiences at this UPS store location. Unfortunately I don’t have any names but I’ve interacted with at least 4 employees and have gotten extremely helpful, personable and great customer service. I’ve had to setup a mailbox, pick up packages, return items back to sender, etc and it has been quick easy and painless which I greatly appreciate.

Great teamwork at this location, each, and every employee are very professional and very very helpful..The person that helped me at the UPS store 1006 was Derrick. He was a phenomenal employee. He was very courteous understanding and patient with me being eight months pregnant. He helped get all 30 packages out of my car bring them in and was very patient enough to scan each individual package into the system. While printing off labels at the same time, all while still greeting other guests, offered me a chair to sit, and even notice my phone was dying and supplied a charger without me even asking !!! Outstanding service just when I thought it would’ve been a hassle To return all packages individually Derrick came in and saved the day. I will be back great customer service like this makes customers drive all the way across town for this type of service he went above and beyond 10 stars for Derrick.
