I was in Atlanta visiting my daughter for two weeks and I used the UPS store on Peachtree Road three times. The service there is exceptional. The people that work there are so kind and accommodating! Thank you for providing Service the way it should be.

The owner of this UPS needs to train his staff better. Second time I have a problem here. First time, a young male employee switched the labels on my boxes and sent my son's Playstation to Macy's. Imagine the mission to try to get these items back and properly sent to where they were supposed to go. I had lasting credit issues with my Macy's credit card because this item was sent to Sony and took an extremely long time to get it back and sent to Macy's. This time, another young employee scanned my QR code, told me I needed a box (I usually don't need a box returning Amazon items so I didn't have one) he told me he was writing a note for his colleagues that I was returning with the box. I asked him will you be here tomorrow morning and he gave me an attitude and said "I wont be here but I'm writing this note and they will take care of you." Of course when I returned the next morning the chick with all the nose piercings tells me she voided it because "people don't usually come back". Your employee told me not to worry and just come back, and then you guys void the code so there's no way to return the item. That makes a lot of sense! And both times, no one apologized for the inconveniences, it's just shrug and oh well. This store is literally in front of my house but I'm done going here.

Every time my review is deleted I will repost it !..The owner of this location is a racist, his name is Richard. I have filed a complaint with this location with corporate before. Then his all white staff, are now a mixture of employees. I entered the store at approximately 2:24pm with a white lady less than 2 feet entering the store. Richard ran over to open the door for the white lady and let the door slam in my black/brown face. When I asked Richard did he not see me he says no. I get to the counter the older white lady at the counter stated I’ve known him for years. He is my husband and we had A ( black ) person live in our home. ANYTIME you can count the number of black associates you have YOU are a racist! All while I’m recording Richard walks up and says if you think j I’m a racist you can leave my store. And I did gladly as I let him know that the entire encounter has been recorded. At that point both him & his racist wife got silent. I will be sharing the video via my social media and with UPS corporate. UPS have Richard to place a sign at the front door saying he service whites only. Keep in mind I never used the word racist until him & his wife did. My recording I will place on social media my exact words. Richard let the door slam in my face because I did not look like the person he held the door open for. It was Richard & his wife that said RACIST! Counting how many black brown friends you’ve had says it all! Can you count the white friends you have SMH! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable

This man Stanny is great at his craft. I had sent approximately 100 certificates for on short notice. He not only made time to help meet my deadline, but he also sent me a couple of drafts to ensure the design was clean and professional! A real one! Thanks Stan!

Review a little delayed but I wanted to make sure to recognize the amazing service I received! On January 1st a little after midnight, my roommate accidentally left my dog in the hallway from what I can gather. I got home after 3AM and she was not in the house. I've had her since 2 months old and she's about to be 4. She's my everything. ALLISON and RICHARD at the UPS Store at The Peach Shopping center were my saviors this day. They helped me with flyers for my sweet girl and even waived the print charges. I think it reflects beautifully on them, the company, and the compassion of people. I was in this store right after opening, with zero sleep, and trying not to cry my eyes out. Allison and Richard displaced true empathy and I can't thank them enough. Those flyers are the reason she was found! Thank you both. From the bottom of my heart. ❤️Spencer Freeman
