I have had great experiences at this UPS for a variety of things - package drop-off, package shipping, passport photo. The staff are extremely nice and careful and even when I have to wait they do their best to keep the line moving, helping multiple folks at once. My only complaint is how often the UPS trucks block Peachtree Street. Its dangerous for other drivers and bikers and creates the precedent that people can just pull over and block traffic.

Don’t do any printing at this store. I was there for 20 minutes and they printed portrait instead of landscape and then were rude to me as though I did something wrong. I told them I wanted landscape and then never saw them again for 20 minutes. When it printed off, I said I needed this in landscape and the person at the desk said, “She doesn’t like it and wants us to redo it.” Huh? It has nothing to do with liking it or not liking it, I just needed it the way I asked for it. I do a ton of printing for my business. Go to FedEx. They’re much more helpful.

Whatever you do, do NOT come here for passport photos. I've now had two sets of photos rejected, and as you can imagine this is seriously messing with travel plans now. I'm giving two stars because they were kind enough to redo the 2nd set for free. But the outcome was the same...stay away! Edit: responding to the owner's response. Your mailing services might be world-class, but your photo services are most definitely not. I will be requesting a refund, and will never use these services again.

The most important reason for giving such a high rating for me is that the warm welcome the staff gave me when I walked into the store. I didn’t have a label so they helped me with the email I can send it to and they print it for me which was very kind of the staff.. moreover I was having a bad day with work and life the staff had such a happy and jolly faces which immediately made me in a better mood. This is what we need more in life where the staff is joyfully working with the customers. The store itself is very clean and tidy. I’ve been couple times to ups and they always are the best in services. I am not saying for the sake of a nice review but I give genuine reviews. I’m a top 2-5% reviewer on google maps and I have the same honest reviews there as well. I hope y’all have an amazing day!!

I had four different items that I needed to ship, and needed packaging for 3 of the 4. Janie was amazing! She helped me quickly determine what type of packing materials to use, and got the packages ready to go. I had envisioned spending at least 30-45 minutes getting this done on a Saturday but with Janie's help, I was in and out in under 10 minutes, allowing me to make brunch with my spouse and taking quite a load off me! Highly recommend!
