I had a great experience at my local UPS, all thanks to Shivam. He helped me get my return sent out quickly and made sure I was using the best shipping option. I had a few questions, and he walked me through everything patiently without ever making me feel like I was a hassle. The whole process was easy from start to finish. This location’s self service has not worked since it arrived. I ask every time why the location on Moreland has 2 working and they can’t get this one to work. Thank you for responding to my post and I’m glad you recognized me because I do come very often. I can appreciate you all we’re all available on this very rare occurrence which is what prompted me to ask why your self service has not worked since it arrived. I hope you all get it fixed soon.

Amazing location! I’ve always had seamless transactions with this store. Today was extremely easy when I had some anxiety about an Amazon return and all of its different QR codes. The gentleman at the counter was extremely sweet and very helpful. Quick and painless. I highly suggest this location

I won’t be using UPS anymore. There prices are now ridiculous. Not to mention the unfriendly customer service. It’s unfortunate!

I want to take a moment to give a very special thank you to the entire team at this UPS Store location. As a Network Engineer, I frequently come in to drop off network equipment that needs to be shipped back and the minimum weight I usually bring in starts at 55 pounds. These aren’t small or light packages. Despite that, the team here never shows even the slightest bit of discomfort or annoyance. Every single visit, they greet me with genuine smiles and an eagerness to help. Their professionalism, efficiency, and positive energy truly stand out. They handle heavy shipments with care, move quickly, and make the entire process seamless which is incredibly important in my line of work where timing matters. Customer service like this is rare. It’s consistent. It’s authentic. And it deserves recognition. Thank you to each and every team member at this store for your hard work, your attitude, and the way you treat your customers.
