Great UPS store location...best in the city of Atlanta...thanks to the owner, but a SPECIAL thanks to RENEE ✨✨✨. She is truly fantastic!!! When I arrive, I get that deeply grained and genuine customer service that I thought no longer existed. She makes me feel welcome when I arrive...a friend ...not just a customer walking through the door and NEVER had an issue with my packages. She is why I return year after year. Never deviate to other locations because of service ....kindness like hers. She is the TRUTH ❤️💐❤️

Mohamed was exceptional and patient! The esthetic of this store is so calm and everyone is friendly! Literally a one stop shop for any business need and they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure your needs are not only met but exceeded! Thank you to you all!!

I walked into the store right at 7pm when they were closing I needed to print some papers and was having a difficult time emailing the papers to the store. Mohamd was very helpful, patient and kind. He waited for the paper to send and was very Attentive. Thank you so much for your patients and help.

Sent out a mail using UPS ground. However, the tracking number is for USPS. No instruction given by the staff to track with USPS instead. Also charged more compared to USPS since it goes through UPS as third party and the staff is not transparent about it.

Kiera at the Midtown Promenade store saved me when I screwed up the packages I was sending. She was so helpful and nice and worked it all out for me. She saved the day! Excellent customer service
