Anupama Bagade a month agoEddie helped through the whole process of shipping 2 boxes. He was extremely friendly and accommodating from the get go. He kindly allowed us to take the dolly home overnight so that it would be convenient for us to bring it to the UPS store. He assured us that the cost of our shipping would be within our budget. He took extra care that the boxes were taped appropriately. He took the effort of going to the warehouse and getting us the size we needed. He was fantastic all week! He really made our lives easier! Thank you Eddie!
Dr. John Smith, DDS 3 months agoI am extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received from a representative at The UPS Store. I have been a loyal UPS customer for more than 10 years and currently maintain boxes at stores in Parma, Ohio; Astoria, New York; and Houston, Texas. In all of that time, I have never felt so undervalued and disrespected as I did during this interaction. The man who answered the phone today, Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 11:32 AM, was totally rude, EXTREMELY SASSY, and completely unprofessional. Rather than offering assistance or speaking with basic courtesy, he made me feel absolutely terrible as a customer. What was most shocking was his statement that the business I bring to that store is “invaluable,” delivered in a dismissive and degrading way that made it clear my patronage was not appreciated. He also told me that because this is an independently owned store, there was no need to contact the corporate office. That response came across as arrogant and dismissive, as though there is no accountability for how customers are treated. Independent ownership should never be used as an excuse for poor service or disrespectful communication. After more than a decade of loyalty to UPS and multiple mailbox relationships across the country, I did not deserve to be spoken to in this manner. This experience was unacceptable and far below the standard I have come to expect. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of this employee, because no long-standing customer should ever be made to feel this unimportant.
Faith Karimi 3 weeks agoThis location has the rudest, most passive aggressive employees. I stopped by for notary service, and they rudely told me they don't do that, even though it's advertised online. You could tell the two people working there did not want to be bothered and just wanted to do the bare minimum until closing time. Don't waste your time here, find another UPS location if you are not in a hurry. I hope the owner of this location sees this review and talks to the employees who were there on Thursday June 11 around 5 p.m. Then they mockingly called out, "have a nice day" as I was leaving and laughed. It left such a bad taste in my mouth. Never ever setting foot here again and neither will my business.
Toby Egbuna 6 months agoThis is the best UPS store in Atlanta. I have no idea how they have anything less than a 5-star rating from anyone. Service is great, always super timely. Even when it's crowded, they work through lines quickly. They help you out if you need something like to print or tape. I go out of my way to come here.
Expo Pro 5 months agoRUDE, passive-aggressive customer service at this location!!! I called on the afternoon of 01/23/26 to inquire about notary services, specifically if the person that could notarize documents was working on that day. A young male answered the phone and immediately advised me they only notarize documents for "mailbox holders". Mind you... I just had a document notarized there about 4-months prior AND this is a service that they still currently ADVERTISE on their store website as of the date of this review. Strange policy... because what does it even matter if I have a mailbox and why is a mailbox necessary if I'm a paying customer that just needs to have a notary sign & stamp a document?! Perhaps it's a new policy though (a dumb one), but okay fine. They're definitely not the only UPS Store in town. However the condescending tone and manner in which this young male delivered that information was completely inappropriate, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! When he told me I couldn't come to the store to have my document notarized, I was baffled because he didn't know one way or another whether I was a mailbox holder or whether I was inquiring on behalf of someone that maybe was a mailbox holder. He didn't ask, he just assumed for the sake of rushing me off the phone because according to him "he had a line" (meaning he had other customers in the store). Guess I wasn't important enough as a customer since I was calling on the phone. So anyway, I said "excuse me, do you even know me?!"... and he replied with reading my name off the caller ID!!! Fortunately for him, I did not have the extra time it would have taken to go out my way to pay that store a visit at that moment. However this poor excuse of an employee's unprofessional, passive-aggressive attitude is why I will forever go out my way to drive the additional mile and just take my business to another location NOT ran by owner "M. Shah"or manager "Eddie T."! Clearly the employee customer service training and management here is complete TRASH. So do not bother having your day ruined by experiencing these typical Atlanta, sassy-mouthed individuals working in this store, GO ELSEWHERE! Horrible location, horrible employees... and it is also completely obvious that they are paying a reputation management service for positive Google reviews!!! All of these 1-2 sentence five stars are a joke! Read the 1-star reviews if you want the REAL, accurate account of the customer service at this store.
