As a person who strongly dislikes amd procrastinates mailing and shipping things, I have to say that this store changed my perspective. The staff provides beyond, over the top service, attention, care and kindness. They are proactive — I was standing in line once and one of the staff members saw that I already had a labeled box. He went out of his way to show me how to use the scanner so I didn’t have to wait. They observe their customers and handle them (and their packages!) with care. Also, every single one of them (I live across the street and go often!) is so kind - I always leave the store smiling because they are nice, efficient and understand customer service. Thank you all for doing what most custom service people should be doing (but often don’t).

Great experience! I went to this location and they helped me with everything. The staff was very kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made sure my shipment was done correctly. I felt very well taken care of. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Do not go here for notary services. The guy who supposedly can do them does not want to notarize anything. He also gives false information about notary processes and why he can't do it. It's completely absurd. Wells Fargo next door will provide notary services and they even will tell you that the UPS guy won't notarize anything because they get people who have been rejected by him all the tjme.

Like walking into a room with zombies in it. Walked in, received absolutely no greeting. 2 employees behind the counter just staring at their phones. Not a hello to be had. Customer service was low-level here.

Shout out to this locations staff. Zacorrea went above and beyond when their computer system went down to personally help me process 15 different Amazon returns. She was so helpful and made it easy in spite of systems not working.
