Charging $5+ to print a pre-paid label. No thanks. Not sure the rationale here other than squeezing money out of folks who show up thinking that a label print wouldn't cost as much as the shipping cost itself. Whatever, have my poorly taped on paper label when I return. Will be taking future business to FedEx, where label prints have always been free for me. Edit: For comic relief, a receipt can and will be printed for you free of charge, on the label printer. Edit2: Per the request of the UPS response to the review, I reached out due to their concern over my review. They told me there is no issue here. Quite concerned they really were. Take your business to FedEx, they don't charge $5 for shipping labels prints you have already purchased online.

I had to mail a tank top back with a label and Antonio said it was going to be $60. HOW is it going to be $60?! I usually do not leave reviews but this is insane. I do not know how owners let these people run their store and expect people to come back.

I give all Atlanta stores that don't scan in and lose packages bad reviews. You're better off going to Toco Hills or Chamblee - this store piles them up everywhere and it's easy for customers to steal while standing in line. In this case, I handed it to an associate before the 530 cut off, they didn't scan it in, and 24 hours later customer support says it's their fault and they say it's the driver's fault. This never, ever, ever, happens at toco hills and Chamblee. Do not use this store for parcels whether you drop it off in person or the quick drop off. They'll steal or lose it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The people I have dealt with at this store are always friendly, professional, and get the job done. Antonio helped me last time and service was flawless. This store is my favorite UPS store in Atlanta.

Very busy location and that would've obviously been a huge problem - if it wasn't for Antonio! After he breezed through multiple people in the line another associate was attempting to help me ship a laptop to my coworker. He was able to keep the line moving, while also assisting in making sure the laptop was properly packaged, insured, and checked out. Even when the laptop needed a larger box than the typical 'laptop box'. Efficient, effective, and informed - thanks for your help Antonio!
