I had a great experience at the UPS Store today. As soon as I walked in, everyone was smiling and welcoming. One of the staff members was already helping someone on the phone, but they still made sure to acknowledge me right away. They were very attentive and got me in and out quickly. They helped me notarize an important document, fax it, and even emailed a copy back to me so I had everything I needed. The whole process was smooth and professional. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back again. Thank you for such a pleasant and efficient experience!

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! The entire team at this UPS store was outstanding, professional, friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that delivers such amazing customer service with such positive attitudes Huge thanks to everyone especially Zed for going above and beyond. This is exactly why I’ll continue coming back and recommend this location to others!

I had a great experience at this store on the morning of May 9th. Cameron was very friendly and helped me in shipping 6 large boxes. He was very efficient and quick. The other young man working was very friendly as well. Too bad I'm moving form Atlanta, I would definitely do business here. It's the friendliest UPS Store I've ever went to.

I had to come leave a review for TRAVIS at this store #0974. TRAVIS was so extremely helpful and informative with all Of my concerns , issues , and questions. I went in with several returns from 2 different vendors. Also was very frustrated from just discovering another package had been stolen, not to mention as I was standing at the counter trying to email him my shipping label, the email was asking him to sign in, I had to resend it twice , and then I had to take a business call which prolonged my process. Travis through all this was super Patience , supportive letting me know there were no worries and also informed me of the post office box service offered at this location that gives you an actual physical mailing address. Travis also managed , as my receipt was printing to offer me another number to UPS to assist in help resolve my stolen package issue. Though other customers started coming in , h still remained calm very organized got me taken care of. and wished me a great day and I was outta there . This is what you call Excellent customer SERVICE! If I were a secret shopper he would get a 100 and N A++ for this store. From the greeting throughout til the good bye have a great day, COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Travis! Thank you for being there. You are truly an asset .

Zed was amazing. I didn’t have a clue what to do but he did a good job not making me feel dumb. Cam is amazing too. Soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a great positive energy. Give them both raises. Or promotions. Or hey, let them own the place.
