They put my delivery adress in wrong and its going to take me over a whole entire month to finally sort out my problem. Poor staffing USPS you need to do better.

I came in today with quite a few tasks to handle, and the woman at the front desk was calm and helped me accomplish everything quickly and efficiently. She was very kind and gave me great service! I usually go by the other location, but I am willing to parallel park and come here because the service was amazing!

I dropped off an Apple trade in at this store (packed and prepaid). The employee scanned it and gave me a receipt. Somehow in the few hours before being picked up and loaded into the truck, it was “lost” or more likely stolen because it was not scanned. I’ve shipped hundreds of packages through UPS, FedEx and USPS and this is the first time this has happened. Hope they take this seriously and investigate.

Have only had excellent customer service at this Kapahulu UPS store. The staff are kind and helpful and they’ll get your postage priced fairly every time. Lots of Aloha here.
