Note: NOT an official UPS store. You will have to pay extra for shipping fee (I sent 4x items and paid $10) Process: 1) Enter hotel by pressing the buzzer on the left side of the entrance 2) go up the stairs and take the elevator on your right 3) Go to floor M 4) get off the elevator and walk to the right, down a hall 5) You will see a sign that says “business services” enter through this door. 6) Person behind the counter was very friendly and dispute the challenge in how to get here & the extra fee, everything was processed faced and efficiently

Jerry was very knowledgeable and helpful in shipping my package that required very specific packing instructions. He took extra care in making sure my item was secured and protected in the package. There is an additional cost to sending a package out from this location, but he let me know that upfront in case I didn't want to use their services. Great customer service overall

Scam site. They list as a UPS Store but call themselves “non-traditional,” meaning they tried to charge you five dollars to drop off something but Amazon says carries no shipping charge and no surcharge at the UPS store. Beware the shop! Not only is it hard to find and challenging to reach because you have to park in downtown, but their attempt to charge absurd drop off fees is nothing short of a scam.

This store should not be advertised online without saying you have to pay ADDITIONAL shipping fees. I had a return label printed and just needed to drop off a product. The associate said it would cost an extra $3 dollars since it was a “non-traditional store.” I already spent $5 on parking, plus waited 45min for the associate to get back from lunch, I wasn’t going to pay extra to have something shipped that already had pre-paid return label. Shame on you UPS. What a scam.

A little hard to find. On the Mezzanine level of the hotel. Take the elevator up or 2 escalators. It's not a scam like some people are saying. Some things have a service fee; Some don't. The gentleman working there was friendly and explained the process well.
