Only use this location for free Amazon or online returns. Do not bring your own items here to be packed or shipped unless you like getting ripped off. Because UPS stores are independently owned franchises, pricing varies wildly, and this location is heavily marked up. The employees are perfectly nice, but their prices are ridiculous. For comparison, I took my items to a UPS store in Metairie and paid less than half of what this store quoted me for the exact same packing and shipping service. Save your money and go elsewhere for actual shipping.

Came in to do an Amazon return and the whole process was super easy. The employees were friendly, quick, and helped me out right away. I was in and out pretty fast with no problems at all. Definitely one of the better UPS Store experiences I’ve had.

I am very pleased with the UPS Store 4134 that picked up my items from Crescent Auction Company and did an incredible job from start to finish. Immediately, they scheduled the pick up and packed all items including large glass antique shades precisely as I requested. Excellent professional packing ensured a safe delivery. This large box arrived in three days and under severe winter weather conditions. Further, the costs were also very reasonable and worth every penny. I can’t say enough about UPS Store 4134 that provided superb customer service, outstanding packing, and met every promise along the way. I love this location. They're simply helpful and pleasant in their efforts and demeanor. Located in a mini-stripmall in uptown New Orleans; this is a great location for all your shipping and receiving needs. I like being able to drop off UPS packages here, instead of trying to schedule a pick-up or flag down a UPS driver. Usually not a wait & that's a plus, considering the size of the store and the AVAILABILITY of drop-off locations. Shared parking lot, so grab a spot when you see it.

I tried to drop off a package today at the UPS store at S. Claiborne Ave. the package was delivered to me in two boxes were taped together by UPS, but somehow the store will not accept the two boxes that were taped together that the vendor supplied me with a return label for and told me to do it this way. The store and UPS corporate policy are not aligned. That makes a poor customer service.
