The owner of this store copped an attitude with me for coming to his store to pick up a UPS Package, which I rerouted via the UPS App where it is marked as an Access Point, contrary to his belief. This is a known service UPS provides and I pay for. I also come to his store to ship things on a regular basis, which I did because the other employees were super friendly (and even though it’s 3.5 miles from my house). All I was doing was picking up my package and he said he would need to start charging me for this, and then was extremely rude when I explained it to him. This is an issue he needs to address with UPS and not with the customer who is simply following protocol. Learn some customer service skills, sir.

The absolute best UPS location I've been to so far. They're always so helpful and knowledgeable. I asked the young gentleman if they had a dolly to unload a grill | was returning (it was so heavy). He told me he'll grab one once he finishes helping a customer. When he came out to the vehicle, I was going to assist, but he refused, saying he had it; I just needed to grab the door. Sometimes I feel that hospitality is a lost skill, but that small gesture made my day. Thanks so much!!

On March 4th I dropped off two packages to the UPS Store on Canal Blvd in New Orleans. The packages contained iPhones to trade in to AT&T. I assumed that the receipt given had both packages and moved on. This weekend I received an email reminding me to send one of these items…. This prompted me to check Tracking and the item showed not picked up. I then looked for my receipt and noticed that only one of the phones was on the receipt. Went in this morning to speak with a manager (who was also the owner). I asked him nicely to pull up camera footage that I was certain would show me dropping off the two packages. He immediately got nasty and defensive. I walked out to avoid the obnoxious manner that he was speaking to me in front of the customers that had walked in after me. I then called and tried to explain that I was not attacking him personally but that my package had been misplaced or stolen by one of his employees and that the cameras would definitely show me dropping off two boxes. I had the exact time and date from the receipt so this would have been easy for him to see for himself. He continued to yell and be ugly so I disconnected. This guy is a mean and nasty person. He needs to be reported to ups since he is not a good representation of ANY business by acting in such a disgusting and unprofessional way. I am now out the $800 to AT&T for trade in PLUS the $900 that I need to pay back to Verizon for the one being traded. Something that I know could have been avoided. All this owner had to do was take the time to look at his footage to see that I was telling the truth and then followed the footage for later in the day to see how it was handled. Or, at the very least followed the action of the employee that did not scan it when it came in. I’ve been stolen from and there are no consequences for this shady practice. It would be an easier pill to swallow if the owner had not been so mean. There is a mail & more that is less than 2 minutes away. Use them for your UPS needs!

Great experience every time I visit this UPS Store. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and very helpful. They make shipping and returns quick and easy. Highly recommend this location!

Izzy is the man!!! I had a stressful day and he really helped me navigate my complex logistics. As an event manager the shipping out afterwards can be a lot but Izzy and team did an excellent job. I support this location! Great job Izzy and team.
