The customer service lines are always long and slow, which is a problem if you are holding heavy packages. I was charged $5 extra per box for prepaid labels and offered new boxes, which I did not need and declined. I ship daily. Not a good move on their part. I will go to the Gretna location in the future for pre-labeled larger boxes. The self-service line is quick and easy for smaller packages. Parking is good. The store is clean. I will only use this location for self-service drop-off boxes in the future.

Like most reviews on this UPS is typically negative. I also have to agree this has to be the worst UPS of all. I'm a black man, and I understand that this u p s is black owned, and because of that, they believe that they should treat black customers totally different from they do their caucasians when they come in there, like I did today.The caucasian press in front of me needed tape, and they gave it to them with no problem.But for the second time that i've gone there, they choose to charge me for tape.They charge for every single thing they are mean at the.Register, they are sarcastic into talking to you, and it's the most unprofessional place ever

Hi , My name is Ms.Alice Ingram. I took this moment out , before leaving the parking .Simply didn’t want to wait , to get home , Get to busy, to let you guys know .That Mrs.Karen Brent , made my day. She was , not only Professional , diligent Knowledgeable, kind , and Respectful . After she finished & I paid for my shipment .I actually didn’t want to leave her company. That’s why I could not risk taking the chance and , doing it when I got home. It meant so much to me , I did it in USP HARVEY PARKING LOT. Before pulling off. Thanks Again , Ms.Alice Ingram

FYI, if you're going to return any box from Amazon or whomever, be sure your box is taped up ! Bring a roll. packaging tape w you .or you will have to pay $2.50 bc the UPS Store doesn't loan out tape. ( Even if I printed my own label ), I still needed tape. "Please don't cop an attutude w the employees .They are friendly, professional, courteous, & only doing their job! Now, if you are frugal & want to go to Dollar Tree in the heat or cold, & pay $1.00 well, what can I say ! ( it was my fault for not bringing my own tape ) I learned a valuable humble lesson today after paying my $2.50. I appreciate the full explanation the male packager professionally gave me . Sorry, there are no pictures today, 8/22/24 I had another return to Amazon, the store was very clean, the employees were professional & courteous , the parking was good, everything went smoothly !👍

This location was my go to, when it comes to shipping my art. On today’s date, I don’t know if the cashier was having a bad morning. As I walked in she greeted me with a hello and welcome in. Things quickly went downhill from there. Her demeanor change at the drop of a dime. It was not a pleasant experience today. But there would not be another Today… for me. Won’t be returning to this location. My money will be spent elsewhere!
