Justin Lui 6 months agoI went to UPS drop off and the lady is like we don’t scan UPS barcodes. I don’t know what that means for UPS and then she said go to Robert’s (down the street). Nope. She was misinformed. **She should have said go to any UPS official store bc they scan (not Robert’s or any corner store). I just used google again to find something 4 minutes on St Claude. Sigh — like Indiana Jones looking for the holy grail.
Gabrielle Harris a year agoI changed the location for delivery at 6am, my package was loaded on the truck at 7:02AM. They still delivered my package to the location I changed it from which is a huge inconvenience. You guys do not pay attention to detail
