This place probably holds the record for me of the fastest processing of a package to return. Leah was so courteous as soon as I walked in. When she saw me opening my phone for the return QR code, she said "Take your time." Super pleasant. She printed my label, gave me my receipt, and I was out the door in probably less than 60 seconds flat. Thank you Leah! I asked her name and she also mentioned Antonio in the back. Great experience.

I had such a positive experience at this UPS location today. The two guys working were so kind and helpful, it brightened my day! They went the extra mile to help me figure out everything I needed.

I came in this afternoon with a simple return, no big deal. But the two guys in the store at the time were so pleasant, so friendly that what I'd assumed would be a mundane dropoff has me still smiling an hour later. They make me want to come back and ship something.

Went in to make a simple return, employee just took the items and put it in a corner and told me i’m good. I asked for a receipt and he said they don’t do those - I’m assuming since he didn’t want to scan in my package while I was there. store reeked of cigarettes as well
