I called ahead of time to make sure I had my ducks in a row before driving down from Maine, before having to work later that evening. My phone call was answered on my first try, and the employee who helped me (DJ) was friendly & efficient. I asked if my suitcase could be set-aside so it would be easy for them to find when I show up, and I asked about the parking situation. DJ said he would have my bag ready, and informed me of the convenient parking situation. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by DJ, and he quickly retrieved my suitcase from the storage area and returned it to me in just a couple of minutes. It was just as I had last seen it — pretty clean, with no damage, and with all items still inside (including $400 or so worth of items). The $7.00 pick-up fee was completely reasonable and understandable. My only suggestion is to make the UPS signage a bit bigger, as I did not notice it right away, and typically, I am pretty observant. I was nervous, however, mostly because I was in a hurry and do not know the area, so that may have made me less observant than unusual, and maybe the signage is fine, who knows.

I went into this store this morning to have some important paper work fax out . As I entered the front entrance I was greeted with the friendliest welcome by the sales associate identified as DJ, who was very friendly and happy to assist me. I explained to DJ that I needed to make an important fax . DJ made my transaction fast and simple. As I was speaking with DJ I explained to him that I had another important idem that needed to be packaged and shipped . DJ took the time and interest to assist me with accomplishing that 2 nd transaction. I highly recommend this UPS store for all of Ur shipping needs . I was so grateful for the customer service I received from DJ. He made it possible to make all of my important transactions completed in a rapid time.

I normally have no problems with this store, but the male employee working with glasses today was the least helpful employee I’ve seen in a while. Extremely miserable, no enthusiasm even when talking to a colleague, and caused more of an inconvenience for me than trying to assist with the issue. Employees should be willing to assist the customer in any way.

This store is probably one of the worst UPS I’ve ever been into in my life. All of the staff is either exactly 20 or in their teens still. They have zero sense of urgency and all of them have attitudes. Almost everytime I have to go in here one of the staff members is in the back room screaming and swearing on the phone. Actually dread going to this location.

The people I spoken on the phone with lied and said they were the supervisor and owned the store. When I threatened to make an official complaint they then told the truth that they were neither and denied me to speak to the manager. When I went in person and grabbed my very damaged package I asked “is this how you take care of things?”. The person who I was on the phone with earlier (short hair and glasses) responded with “I guess so”. I then asked to for her name and she denied it as well as access to the stores manager.
