Extremely rude and unhelpful. It’s not that hard to be nice to people when they come in. You seriously never know what kind of day someone is having and a little bit of patience and kindness goes a long way. Additionally, customers expect you to know how to do your job. Not for customers to do the work for you. Being told, “That’s something you’re gonna have to figure that out yourself.” is inappropriate and highly unsatisfactory customer service. If you can’t do your job or show the least bit of respect to customers, how do we know if our packages are going to be handled correctly and efficiently? We don’t. I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere from now on.

Sent a document and brought expensive paper to print a bunch of diplomas. Dude printed them all on the backs and wrecked the whole batch. Not so much as a “sorry.”

Heads up that this store is both in a cell service dead zone and has totally non functioning wifi. Wasted half an hour here trying to get internet to work before I had to go to another location.

Everyone in the store was very kind, competent, patient, and efficient. They seemed to handle the influx of incoming customers with ease, & during my visit, they made each customers transactions seem as seamless as possible. I appreciate the effort of the individual who helped me with my fax item, especially when it didn’t seem to work at first. He went the extra mile and continued to try until it did. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at the store!

I had an excellent experience today at this UPS store from employee Amir when I had not completed the necessary information to send a return item. Amir patiently helped me and displayed professionalism and empathy. He went beyond what I might have expected and so I am grateful and a dedicated customer because of him. Thank you
