Natasha Lorraine Wright a year agoDriver delivered package to the wrong address. Of course “there’s nothing that can be done since it was released by the driver”. It required a signature and they just left it at the side of the wrong building somewhere. No actual help from the store itself either. This was a tech part and leaving it in the cold makes it useless so they also destroyed my product. This is the second time they messed up a delivery for me and I wish companies would stop using them.
