If you need notary service, CALL AHEAD even if you schedule an appointment online to make sure the notary is there. This one star is a reflection of their customer service when it comes to notary appointments. I had scheduled an appointment online on Saturday, 2/28 for 10:30am on Monday, 3/2. I received the confirmation email right after booking at 6:48pm and a reminder for my upcoming appointment via email the day of (today) at 3:34am. I show up to my appointment right on time, and tell the clerk that I'm here for my notary appointment. The clerk immediately looks surprised and nervous and laughs (though I think it was more so to herself like she missed something). She says something quietly about missing it as she looks down at her computer screen. Then she looks up and just says that the notary won't be in until 1pm. I asked her if I can reschedule my appointment and she just said I could come back at 1pm. I said that I couldn't come back at 1pm and asked to schedule for another day. Then she said her notary will be there until they close between 1pm-6pm. So I confirmed with her that I can just walk-in later since she wasn't directly replying to my asks to reschedule. I turn to leave and she doesn't say anything else until I'm opening the door and walking out. I thought I heard her quietly say "sorry about that" but I don't know if she was speaking to me or her other colleague there for her mistake. I'm not sure why they have the option to schedule online if no one is going to be there. And if it is up to the store clerk to let the notary know about appointments, then own up to your mistake when the customer is in front of you at least and not already out the door. I took time off work for this and it turned out to just be an inconvenience. I don't know if the notary will be in later today or not, but I plan to call ahead before I drive out again and to avoid wasting my time. This was a disappointing experience.

Duba was a wonderful help with all of my Amazon returns. Very helpful when I skated in at the very very end of his day. Having these helpful people at the UPS store makes me appreciate everything that can be done there.

I went to the store to drop off Amazon package. I forgot the printed label that had been sent from Amazon. I emailed it to them and they tried to charge $3.09 to print the single page label. I understand that there are costs of good involved, but thats outrageous for ink and one sheet of paper. It’s no more expensive than the receipt stickers they print and hand you for free when you drop off any other amazon package. I went to the ups store at 172nd and center and was not charged. Update and response to owner: It shouldn’t matter if you are independently owned or can set your own pricing. That doesn’t make gouging customers acceptable.

Just walked into this UPS store at exactly 6:30 PM. The staff was more than happy to help me even though they were ready to close down. I needed to buy a box to ship my item, but the register was already closed. They just gave me a box for free and told me to have a great night! Amazing customer service! Thank you, UPS for giving me a great experience! I will definitely be a return customer.

Came in for one 8.5 by 11 color print sent over email. Was told the color printer was broken. I asked to print in black and white instead. My print was very low quality and had a toner line through the page. Employee charged me $2.89 which I understood to be the correct price for one print sent over email. I went to another UPS Store to try to get the same print in color. They had a working color printer and charged me $0.67 for one color print. I believe I was incorrectly charged at the 6737 store, but was not aware. $2.89 for one page printed in black and white at the 6737 store but $0.67 for one page printed in color at another store?
