My buddy and I stopped by this store to get a notary that neither of us have done ever in our lives. Matt helped us along the way and answered our questions. I appreciated his patience and time with everything going on with what we needed done. He is a gentleman and a scholar and the man that will help you with whatever you may need done at this UPS location. Hope you see this Matt and it makes your day.

Had an issue with shipping a gift for my brother and they worked with me patiently to help me out! They move quick and keep it nice and clean in there! And shout out to Luis for being knowledgeable :)

We had a simple prepaid package to drop off. There was only one employee, and a few people in line. A few customers were having some challenges with their drop-offs, but she was serving them as quickly as she could while also acknowledging others in the line whose needs were more straightforward. We were favorably impressed with our stop.

I had a really positive experience at the UPS Store. The staff especially Denish was very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process with patience and professionalism. They made sure I understood all the options and helped me choose the best solution for my needs. The whole process, from packing to shipping, was smooth and efficient.
