Caleb helped me during my visit and made the whole process really easy. He was friendly, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing, which made my in-store experience quick and smooth. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to be helpful and professional, and Caleb definitely did that. Really appreciate the great service!

Outstanding customer service, went above and beyond, patient and extremely productive. Adalyn is a phenomenal individual and my husband and I are thankful for her assistance today with sending out multiple shoes and clothes. 10/10!

We drove five miles out of our way to go to this UPS Store because the store by our house had one person working and a line that was literally wrapped around the entire store. This location had three people working, and they were getting people out the door quickly. And the woman who helped us was super friendly.

I've been to a lot of UPS stores, because we've lived in a few different states while my husband was in the service. This UPS store is my favorite. The employees there are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You never have to wait long in line, because they're always on the ball. Thank you for hiring such amazing people.

This is the BEST UPS STORE I've ever been to. Everyone is super professional, dedicated and attentive to their positions. The staff works super synchronized making the service pleasant and efficient. Very thankful of Caleb and everyone in the store for all of their help.
