Be aware, they might try to force you to purchase a UPS box for your Amazon returns. I was returning a broken printer in it's factory shipping container, and the UPS staff kept insisting that I have the Amazon box it came with other stuff in, or purchase a box. I contacted Amazon, and there were NO SUCH INSTRUCTIONS since it was in it's factory shipping container. Amazon has been contacted and is looking into this issue, especially after the UPS staff warned me "if anything is broken, it's on you" with regard to my return of a broken printer (in it's original factory shipping container with appropriate shipping packaging from the factory).

Absolutely love this post office! ✨ It’s always clean, organized, and really pleasant to visit. The service is fast, professional, and super friendly — you can tell they care about their customers. I especially want to highlight Vika 😊 She is incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every time she assists me, she explains everything clearly and makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. Employees like Vika truly make a difference! 💕 Thank you for such excellent service! Highly recommend this location 🌟🫶🏻

The woman was helping me for several minutes before a white lady comes in the store and the lady walks away from me without finishing helping my black self and completely assist and complete the white lady’s order. So disrespectful and biased. I would never recommend this ups to anyone. I was contacted by the owner who told me what privileges they offer including printing labels and he defended his daughter to me… I still stand by my statement because it happened to me !!! I will never return

The entire team at this store is efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The consistency of service is impressive as well. I always know that I can expect the same great experience each time I drop off packages. And the peppermint treats are something I look forward to as well! Thank you!

Marfa is an amazing employee. She’s so attentive and always helps me package correctly and get the best deals for my shipments. Best UPS store in the city!
