Absolutely no help in trying to ship something with an account number. Tried getting details and the people working here are obviously not educated on how to do it. Kept saying go online. Pulled out my phone to have them help and they were unwilling and untrained.

They are not able to add any delivery notes to the package I am shipping which would make it very easy to find the address. I was told that if they can't find the address after 3 tries, they will return the package instead of leaving it at the local UPS hub for the recipient to pick up. Clerk was very evasive when I asked any questions about delivery and their policies.

The guy who runs this location is just so kind. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes even with a decent line.

Yes, that one kid that work there is compltely clueless. I have stack of UPS forms at my office and I like to usually fill out a form with a company account number before I get to the UPS store. This time as my normal routine, I automatically get this denied look from the clueless kid employee and with a statement, "We don't process forms like that, ever in months". He didn't want to do his job and gived me BS excuse. UPS had always been great to me with their services. I didn't I give up on the UPS faith and so I went to other UPS store near 80th and Dodge and there is the I got the service, forms and all!

"I can't take packages after 6.... The guy leaves at 6" So why are you open at all? Sounds like your guy left early and you don't want to work. Uneducated employees.
