Angie provided top-notch service you just don’t see much anymore these days. I was in a pinch trying to get documents to a local resident who doesn’t use computers, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. She quickly came up with a solution that could have otherwise been difficult to navigate. 5 stars and two thumbs up!! Thank you for the awesome service today, Angie!

This store is the busiest UPS store I have visited anywhere in town. It has the most professional and friendly staff, Angie , Mukesh and their helpful staff always exhibit efficiency and patience dealing with long line of customers , especially before and after holiday season. Sometimes you will see customers in their store past closing time and they still take good care of them. They are so busy that you will oftentimes see drivers of two UPS trucks loading pkgs before 6:30 pm. No doubt many customers enjoy coming to this store, even if they have to drive a bit to get there! I have formed a strong business relationship with this store as a business owner who drops off multiple UPS or USPS pkgs daily. I feel Omaha is better off with this store, UPS is much better off with this kind of UPS store serving the community. Brian Liu LIU&DB Enterprises, Inc.

If I could rate this store zero stars, I would. I have come here often over the past few years for Amazon returns bc it's convenient and close to my home, and not a single time has anyone who worked here been friendly or even remotely nice. The staff here is killing my vibe!

Special thanks to Angie for her incredible patience and genuine desire to help — she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, and Angie truly exemplifies it. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping, mailbox printing and office needs!

I had a great experience at this UPS Store! Mukesh was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. It’s nice to see someone who really cares about their customers. Thank you, Mukesh, for your great service!
