I came in with an Amazon return for a single item. I had a QR code ready. This is the ONLY location I have ever been to with an obnoxious all bold sign taped to the front door for Amazon returns customers to have their QR code ready. I tried my best and came in ready. It was the wrong code, unfortunately so I had to pull up the right one. It took me less than 90 seconds to find it. I was met with a condescending tone, irritation, and angry looks from the person working there. Zero grace to a customer for an honest mistake. It was as if she wanted me to feel stupid. After reading the reviews, looks like poor customer service and bad attitudes is a common occurance. I'll just drive a little farther next time to a different location for better customer service. What a shame.

They lost my return to Verizon. Luckily, I got a receipt from them to prove their negligence so I can file a claim. The owner never called me back and the woman who *tried" to help me was rude. I've had other less than courteous interactions with employees at this location as it appears others have had similar unpleasant interactions based on all the one star reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT UPS LOCATION!

My favorite UPS store, and that's 100% due to the excellent staff! The only issue I ever had was Amazon's fault.

Occasionally you are greeted by a rude employee, but they alwget the job done and I never worry about my packages. This is a very busy store and can get crazy, but I am always confident in the service they provide.

The store has been horrible for years unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. I went into return four items on the same QR code when I got the email only one item showed as returned so I immediately went back in the store. They asked her did you scan all of these? She said no I tried telling her when I was in there these go on there too she would not listen completely rude. This is the worst UPS store in Omaha so then my QR code did not work. I had to take my three items back redo another return code horrible customer service. I will be taking my business to a different location. I’m done.
