I have NEVER written a bad review for any place, but I had to write one. I am visiting here & had to return an Amazon item. The Amazon wanted the item to be packed & that usually means put it a box & so I did. It needed maybe a foot a tape on it which I did not have. In Pittsburgh they don't need you to tape it & so I politely requested them to put the tape but they insisted that I had to purchase it. I tried to explain the situation & I was in a rush to pick my daughter but the guy out there was very rude & kept on insisting that I had to purchase the tape. I was literally forced to purchase a $6 tape for mere maybe one cent of tape. I think this store pushes people to purchase stuff.

JEFF helped us and gave us great tips in shipping. Cheyenne also very helpful and gave us the most efficient packing advice. If JEFF & CHEYENNE are working, we will back!! No wait, very efficient.

Everyone here is always SO helpful and nice. It's rare to find legit customer service at its best these days, but this location has it in SPADES!
