The owner makes up reason to make people pay him money for the Amazon returns. He refused to take a taped closed show box with the original shoes unless he was paid to package it. The return says customer packed for shoes meaning they want a box because it is two shoe - makes sense. So I even tape the box. When I returned with it in another box he said there was not enough tape used and would only take it if I paid him $3 to add tape or I could buy a roll for $7. I used amazon support to let them know this is going on. I left it there so he could do the right thing - amazon would refund me even if he did not scan it. People should not be extorted for time or money in what should be a simple process. I hope Amazon flags this location with UPS at least. No reason to refuse this return. What a jerk to mess up people’s day.

I went to Nellis and Sahara and then Nellis and Bonanza and they couldn't help me. I finally came to store 4471 and they were able to help me no problem.

Great experience. They went the extra mile for my international shipping. I believe the counter person name is Christopher.

This store is wildly inconsistent. Some days they charge you for a box you dont need, others you don't. I will be taking my business elsewhere that can be trusted to give the correct information.

If I could give zero stars I would , the guy was a jerk about me not having a box for my return he tired to sell me a box , and i rembered i had one in my car so I went in my car and got a box I had in there and put my return in it and sealed it went back in he refused my return and told me I couldn't use that box because it was not a blank shipping box . I have made many returns to ups store and never had this problem i m extras close to this store but my usually store is on east bonanza iv never had issue with them taking my returns so I will jsut drive the extra way from here on out .... will never use this store again and reported them to ups 1800 even ups said it was fine to use the box I had . JUST WANTED MY MONEY RIP OFF
