Be very careful when you need something delivered on a specific day. Antonio was very nice and helpful however I just found out they don't guarantee the delivery on Saturday and they indicated due to the holiday closure the delivery has been rescheduled for Monday. #1, Saturday is not a holiday. #2, had I had been advised that when I originally went into the location, I would have utilized other means of getting it there yesterday, on Friday. I had to pay an employee 4 hours of wasted time in Tucson Arizona just to have the delivery driver lie and not deliver it on a Saturday. The office was open and the building was open. Not sure why the driver felt the need to not attempt to deliver it. The one star is because I'm thoroughly disappointed that it didn't arrive today as previously mentioned my concern with the individual who helped me. The customer service was outstanding.

I paid 16.61 for a package 3 day delivery to ca. It took 5 days that don't honor a refund wouldn't even return my service fee..won't be returning there..unreliable...u.s post office does guarantee 3 day or return charges..learned something new 🤔 small business ups doesn't follow post office mailing charges..post

This is the last time I give my business to this UPS store because of the manager / notary Antonio Apron. This is the 2nd time I needed a notary. There was enough area on the letter for his notary seal. Both times he had a attitude and denied my request, which seemed arbitrary.

I bought a framed piece of art as a souvenir during my trip to LV and needed it shipped back to my home in CA. The staff at this location were very helpful. I received the item two days later in perfect condition. The item was fragile and I was very happy with the amount of bubble wrap and protection they used as well as the care they took to pack it. Thank you all!

Staff and manager are incredibly generous and helpful, I would definitely recommend visiting this location, very clean, very quiet and respectful, my great experience
