Outstanding Service . Been with them more than 15yrs. Do not have issues with package thief at my frint door. All secure regardless of weather. Most times as I'm walking in they great me at the counter with my snail mail and packages. As a small businessman the last thing I want is proposed customers knocking my front door all hours. Many times I get a call. "We're trying to 'pop-in' (unanounced) and say hi... see how things are going. But you're not at this address" yes I maintain my privacy. Great Store !

Associates were quite pleasant the store front was clean and the area was safe. They helped promptly with my returns and helped me with my printing (even after I messed it up the first time) - very patient with me. Kudos to this ups store and associates. Specific shoutout to Katlyn who was the one who helped me.

Excellent Las Vegas Nevada USA 🇺🇲 location right off of Rainbow Boulevard and Charleston in a shopping plaza with grocery, restaurants, hardware store, and many other services. Very convenient and a great one-stop shop location to get a lot done in a single trip.

Don't waste your time going here unless you have a lot of it to waste. I've tried three times to drop off a simple Amazon return and it doesn't matter if there's one person in line or 10 people in line you're going to wait 30 minutes. The owners are so cheap that they only allow one person to work the desk and that person is able to fumble around long enough that the others in line eventually get tired of waiting and leave. Great job UPS store!

I am not one to usually write reviews, But I came in last weekend on Saturday. There was one man and a girl, just two people working. My package already got there! and it is only Monday! glad to see new faces, Super sweet girl. And she was really good/efficient at her job. Moral of it, good service and super fast shipping! super duper fast! I recommend coming here to ship out stuff! And I hope to see her again the next time I come in to ship!
