HORRIBLE WENT IN AND THEY WERE 3 KIDS 3 MALE 1 FEMALE. THEY KEPT TRYING TO PUSH ME OUT OF STORE. THEN WERE CALLING ME HORRIBLE NAMES IN SPANISH. SHOCKER I UNDERSTAND. THEN I SENT MY PRINT OUT 3 TIMES AND SHE KEPT LAUGHING AT ME location #0715 Las Vegas.

Ever since they changed ownership, did a remodel and hired a whole new team the experience here has been consistently great. Ethan is always a delight even for the smallest of transactions he welcomes you in and smiles. Ill happily go back to this location.

Most of my business with this place is my Amazon returns. Maybe 2-3 times a week. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. It’s like night and day between the old ownership and the new. From what I can tell is the new owners did nothing to the business other than change the attitudes of the staff for the better. Much better! Sometimes that’s all that’s needed.

I came in Thursday and was told they stopped notary at 4pm. Came back on today and was turned away because David said they only want him doing DMV stuff. Hmm, last week I had the same document notarized. So what’s the deal and who is mgmt?

Sarah was so friendly and helpful with my Amazon returns. She and her coworker Ty were very happy and they seem to like their job which says a lot about the place they work.
