I don’t know why, but this is the second time I have a problem with this UPS store. I’m not sure if they are just lazy or just don’t like doing what they are suppose to do. I’ve been to a lot of stores since I have to drive and print receipts out and this seems to be the only one that has a problem with printing the emails I sent them. EVERY other ups I have been to has never had a problem. This will definitely be my last time coming here.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this UPS Store and felt compelled to share it! I came in with a large and complex shipment for work—multiple items, a lot of equipment, and a pretty significant total—and the team went above and beyond from start to finish. Sourav, Sagar, Ash, and Lavanya were all incredible! They didn’t just process the shipment—they stepped in to help me unload everything, handled each item with real care, and made sure everything was packaged securely and professionally. What really stood out was their attention to detail and teamwork. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting everything right, especially given how valuable the shipment was. They took what could have been a stressful, time-consuming process and made it smooth, efficient, and honestly enjoyable. Exceptional service like this is rare. Huge thanks to the entire team for their professionalism, effort, and positive attitude. I truly appreciate it and will absolutely be coming back for future shipping needs.

I went in to do my Amazon returns per usual , i’ve never been to this location before and they told me I was going to be charged 8 to 9 dollars a box even though it says no Box or labeled needed… I went to my original store on Boulder right by the Albertson’s literally zero charge because that’s what it’s supposed to be so these guys are trying to steal your money. Remember UPS is a franchise it’s individually owned.. so keep that in mind whenever you’re purchasing something, I don’t recommend going here. They were extremely rude as well. They laughed at me because I didn’t have the original box and they were speaking, Indian or whatever laughing I was very upset and they did not seem to care at all.. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

Got it — here’s a warm, personal version of your review for the UPS Store: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. They didn’t just do their job — they went out of their way to help me, patiently answering all of my questions and making sure I felt confident about what I needed. Their kindness and willingness to assist really stood out, and it turned what could have been a stressful errand into something easy and even uplifting. I left feeling grateful for their above-and-beyond service, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The entire team, Lavanya, Shreya, Ashutosh and also, Sagao (im not sure im spelling that right but hopefully you know who I'm speaking of) was the most important reason for giving that rating. Beyond kind, helpful and super knowledgeable. Will never go back to the other UPS thats closer to me. Incredible staff and phenomenal team!! Just a great team!!
