The front end associate (First name start with letter G) tall wore mint teal shirt. Incompetence. He was not properly trained to address ups packaging pickup. Customer at counter, handed the associate their ID and pointed the box out to the associate since the box brand was quite unique. Yet the associate refused to check the specific box. He wasted time walking back and forth among the many boxes behind him all over the floor while the line kept growing longer. The system is not working. Not only incompetence but tried to mask it by saying that he’s busy all day. and “no mental capacity” left to comprehend during the transaction? He apologized afterward. Fine! but he didn’t even looked for the receiver person name which was on the ID that was given. Since it is an access point pick up. What is so accessible about all that just transpired. There should be a scan of tracking # from the customers to match items CVS had on hand from UPS when the customer is at the counter for pick up. STOP Wasting people time. 😡😤😖

I just went to do, well, try to do a return with a QR tag that Amazon sent me to make it easy to return quickly, and the person at the checkout (a woman from brown skin and mane) rudely and grotesquely refused to make such a return. That CVS with staff like her is a total flop. And I've even tried to make my truck payment there and behaves in the same rude and annoying way, it is uncomfortable to try to make any kind of payment or refund with that woman. She really is nefarious and complicated. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE TO TAKE ON YOUR JOB, BE KIND AND SOCIABLE, WHAT DO YOU DO THERE?

From a distance saw a Woman in wheelchair trying to get in. You’d think with the counter facing the door and a few workers there, they would have went and helped.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. No wait fast service. Plenty of materials to get your package where you need it in excellent time.

Never again! RJ was rude to everyone in line for no o reason. I was returning a package using ups access point. I had the horrible luck of getting Rj who greeted me by asking rudely “ok now! who’s next”. Didn’t want to help me at all! Didn’t offer me tape to tape my box, instead told me he could do anything. He obviously doesn’t need or want his job the way acts. Thankfully I got hell from people in line and another lady who also was working. I wasn’t even able to get her name before RJ threw a pen and paper at me aggressively and made me lose all train of thought from the blatant disrespect. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
