Unbelievable customer service!! Juan Juan Juan operation manager was Sooooo helpful and nice! Great staff, 24hrs (wine, beer etc). Awesome pharmacy staff on the ball (thanks Christine)!!!! Mahalo~Jett. 😎🏝

The rudeness of the employee working today was unbelievable. Nowhere did it state that a printed label was required to ship items. On top of that, customer service clearly needs improvement — I’ve never experienced such unhelpful and dismissive treatment.

Says there open closes near midnight. I call get AI..... Worthless sends me to live agent line says closed...... AI 🤬🤬🤬

Lady's weren't so nice and no help at all. When I arrived at there counter, she asked me if I printed my label.. I told her I didn't have access to a computer and I truly didn't even know how to start to make one. She answered back saying. Well sir you need to have it printed before I could help you! Didn't even try to show me which web site or if she had a computer to start the process..

Staff at first said they couldn’t take Amazon returns even if they had printed ups labels attached, but I talked them into trying and it worked just fine (as expected).
