The team at this UPS location is so helpful! I was hosting an event in town and needed some printing done for my event but was unable to pick up my order so Ash went out of his way to drop it off for me! I was already impressed with this team - Jack had already done a great job of handling my order and making suggestions that would work better for my needs and even saved me some money, but when a business provides that type of top notch customer service, that is really something! They will have my business forever! I would highly recommend this store for any printing needs!

One of the most efficient UPS stores I’ve used. Jack is super patient, professional, and extremely helpful. I’ve been here a number of times before — and whether it’s Jack or one of his teammates, it is always a great experience! Thanks to the entire team!

My partner made an appointment for a notary here and had the appointment for over a week. When we arrived at the location we were told that notaries don't work weekends and they don't know why it let us make an appointment. I understand not having control over the website, but why weren't we contacted in some way? We had important time sensitive documents and had to scramble to find a new plan.

Service is good but this place is not good for taking passport pics. Atrocious to pay $50 to look like a close up reflection on a convex mirror/door camera selfie. Go somewhere else to take pic where they have proper camera and set up.

Update 8/26/23: Appears there are new extended hours to 7:00PM now, according to the sign in the window, which matches what is Google Maps. Added a recent photo for validation. Updated review: The owner updated the hours on Google maps with the accurate hours. Thanks! All small businesses deserve a chance to make adjustments. Changing back to 5 stars! I was in the store today and the staff were working very hard to get through a long line (end of day rush) and they were all very professional and courteous! Give these guys a visit (but check the hours as they do vary on Saturdays) but overall awesome folks here.
