DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR PICK UP DELIVERIES… THEY STEAL PACKAGES!! I had to have my new iPhone delivered to this store because I would not be home to sign for it. Someone at this store stole the package. It says delivered and that it was picked up five minutes after delivery. They gave us no answers and we had to file a police report. The agent helping us from TMobile said this is not the first claim that they had to file with this location for stolen packages. Absolutely shameful.

Location charges $4 per package to drop off prepaid USPS packages. Who in their right mind would pay to drop off an already paid for package? Further more who would want to do other business with a business that operates that way? Edit: the location has responded as if they know anything about my experience there. They do not. Their response is inaccurate. I did not need any packing services (which they charge $25 for tape by the way - I know this because they have signs up, not because I used the service). Their customer service in store is as useful as their inaccurate response here.

I would prefer any less rating than 1 star, I visited for Notary services to this location and in the first attempt they agreed to perform the notary on the document, as it was already signed we requested for a new print to sign after the notary and after sent the document we waited for sometime and they have updated us the print won't work. So we requested for signing another visa document and as its not having she said she can't sign the visa document. So we decided to bring a new print of the document and we brought new print to perform the notary of the earlier agreement but she mentioned she is not comfortable with sign the document as she is new to perform notary. I had to waste at least 1 hour or more of my time. So if anyone planning to visit this store think about it.

The WORSE experience EVER with an UPS store…I made the line and the customer service representative in a very kind way told me that I MUST pay $2 because my box was without tape…First and last time!…Then I drove to the UPS located at the Falls of Neuse Rd, I asked if it was mandatory to pay for the clear tape and one of the customers service representatives told that service is totally FREE! Unfortunately, there is not a ZERO to rate the Six Forks UPS store.

If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. The first bad experience I chalked it up to her having a bad day, but now this time, after she tried to charge me $3 to take up a package. $3 for 2 pieces of tape? In my almost 40 yrs of living, I’ve never been charged for tape at an upstairs, in any of the 4 states I’ve lived in. This place is a joke. A disgrace.
