I tried to ship out three boxes, but I’ve shipped out plenty of times before with them and they told me that it wasn’t possible without using one of their approved boxes and then tried to charge me $400 when I shipped out the exact same thing about a year and a half ago for less than 100 scam scam scam lady behind the counter called him to tell him what I was trying to ship and when he got there they even said wow that was fast feels like he was trying to scam me out of my package by saying like 5 times we can’t insure your packing will get there safe or un damaged and then put my boxes in something that was about the size of a one bedroom apartment and I even showed him my last receipt shipping almost the exact same thing with to be honest one less box and then told me they Computer clears out history after six months so there will be no proof that I was actually there before so I went to FedEx shipped out my packages with absolutely no issue for three times less than what he was trying to charge me so if you’re looking to ship out in the Raleigh area. I suggest you leave this place alone and go to FedEx way better business customer service was better too. I will be calling somebody to try to get information about this because what he did was a scam shame, shame, shame

I came in to return a package and didn’t realize that there was a fee for printing, Naomi was so kind. She waved my fee to prevent me from having the hassle of leaving and coming back. Then Nathaniel showed me a new feature to help make my returns easier they are both so kind and caring. I’m so appreciative of the UPS team.

Wanted to say Thank you to Amanda for her Great customer service and attention. I had a situation where needed to return my company electronic devices back and use the business account. I would not been able to get this done without Amanda assistance. I welcome this business to our neighborhood off 6588 Glenwood Ave as we needed shipping store. Wonderful experience and Kudos praise yo Ms. Amanda. i will be back soon!!

Usually these processes tend to be kind of slow but this location and Naomi was SO HELPFUL! The kind of person that knows what to do. She was so swift to take care of us! If she takes care of you, you’ll be in good hands

What a great team over at this UPS store location. Nathaniel has helped me several times with my shipments, always going above and beyond to make sure the cost remains low for me. Huge shout out to Steve as well. Definitely my go-to place for packages.
