The customer service of Emily in the Garner UPS is unmatched. She's always friendly and bubbly. I bypass several UPS stores to come to the Garner location. I absolutely love this UPS store. Keep up the great work!!

I was a customer at your store, and the lady who attended to my needs was so kind, patient, and professional. I saw your name on your name tag, but by the time I reached home, I had forgotten it. It is best to mention that I am old and my short-term memory is non-existent these days. Thank you for making copies, taking my passport picture, and notarizing the documents. You are the best.

Lamont is awesome! :) We walked in the store with a box. The people in the store greeted us and told us to sign in... And so we did. As we were signing in Lamont walked in the door and asked if we were good and I said yes.. he had the biggest personable smile and I loved it :-). He asked if we were returning routers and I said yes..... As they were sitting in the box in front of me... and he said you don't have to sign in and he told us if we go 3 doors down to UPS.. all we have to do is show them and they'll give us a receipt and we'll be good to go! We are in a hurry so I can't tell you how much I appreciate his observation and cheerful greeting!

It honestly feels like this UPS runs on strong women energy and I’m here for it. Great service, fast service, convenient service, always impressed every time I come in. They have so many tips and tricks to speed things up and make the whole process easier. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Kudos to the team.

Best UPS store around. The team is approachable and friendly. The wait time is always reasonable (if there's a wait at all!). Plenty of parking. The store is clean and spacious. If only all UPS stores were like this one!
