I rolled into this location just before closing on a Sunday afternoon, trying to help a friend do some online returns. I’m not from the area and had actually needed to go to USPS. The employee on duty was a delightful man named Dillon M who went above and beyond to help me. I use the UPS store near where I live but this experience was so much better.

Alexandra was very helpful today in responding to an inquiry regarding the store's capability for printing a word document containing images. Given that this document will be used in the context of a medical referral, I truly appreciated her support and assurances that they can handle this print job...same day.

Always friendly and professional. Sometimes there is a line, but that’s okay. They handle customers efficiently.

During the post-holiday season, I needed to make a return. The 2 workers were efficient, kind, knowledable, and cheerful. I was quite impressed.

Be careful. They will add the donation/tip option to your bill without your approval. I asked him to take it off and he said he did - he lied, was still there.
