After dealing with their support for hours now only to be led to the only solution being to pay them more to fix the shipping they messed up, I am DONE with UPS. I will be submitting a complaint to the CFPB and the FTC. What I have dealt with today simply to change a delivery date is insane. Oh and your foreign callcenter help hangs up on people if they know they're getting reported. I asked to fix out the survey on him and he hung up on me. Nastiest business practices I have ever seen.

There were 2 team members working, One went above and beyond to help me with a printing issue, even when the computer she was using had issues. She didn’t quit until she got it worked out. The other took time to explain some of the issues I was having. Both were superstars. Thanks.

Shout out to Brian for helping me today. Very friendly and opened the door for me (I had my arms full of boxes and a toddler). Always an easy quick experience with this store!

This UPS store values your business and works hard to ensure you are happy. How do I know this? The SLES PTA has been working all year with Brian and his crew. The UPS Store 7706 is beyond professional, always available for questions or quotes, and even has helped create and design for us. Brian is reasonable and realistic, helping to set expectations and provide alternatives that work when needed. They truly want your business to succeed. Our South Lakes Elementary School PTA is so grateful to have them in our circle! We absolutely recommend The UPS Store 7706 for any of your creating/ printing/ shipping, etc needs.

Just an AI if you want to call. I hate when you call and it just goes to some AI nonsense. Why even bother with a help line. I've never been helped by this. UPS should re-evaluate. I don't like to leave 1 star reviews and it's not a reflection of this business in particular, but UPS doesn't seem to care about its customers.
